Owner, Chase Thompson, is a lifelong resident of Shawnee, Ks where he continues to make his mark with every project completed. Through the years, our experience basement finishing, building decks, and remodeling bathrooms have enabled us to work with many local vendors from Overland Park, Shawnee, and Olathe. Many of these vendors are beginning to put more focus on the idea of green construction.

Most homeowners value their home not only for the roof over their heads but also for its reflection of their personal creativity and style. It is your ideas and values that drive the design and budget. You bring specific design concerns and dreams. We provide building experience, product knowledge and skills to turn your dreams into reality. Your priorities drive the project. In addition to your vision, we assist you in considering space needs, building code requirements and construction techniques, resulting in a structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing project.
Consultation:
There is no fee for the initial consultation. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss client goals, desires, design ideas and establish a preliminary scope and budget for the remodeling project. A cost estimate and construction proposal will be provided in document form soon thereafter.
Written Agreement:
Once the preliminary scope of work, design and budget for the project is agreed upon, both parties sign a Construction Services Agreement. At this time a deposit will be collected.
Project Management:
Since the design, planning and implementation are handled upfront, we are able to work with you to generate tight schedules and estimates. There are fewer budget surprises and less chance for confusion between design and construction. If, during the build phase unexpected conditions or new opportunities are encountered, the plan will be quickly and professionally modified to best suit your needs. We stand behind the management and quality of our work to ensure that you will have an enjoyable remodeling experience.
Project Completion:
Prior to the completion of construction a final walk through will be scheduled. At that time we will review any items needing completion or correction.
To finalize all construction projects, we meet with the client to review warranty and maintenance information, collect final payment and complete and discuss the client survey.
